Villa Yago General Terms and Conditions
Below you will find the Villa Yago General Terms and Conditions.
Read it carefully, by making a booking you have agreed to the General Villa Yago Terms and Conditions.
Day of arrival and welcome
The House Manager of Villa Yago will welcome you on the day of arrival. The check-in time is from 15:00 on the day of arrival. The check-out time is before 10:00 on the day of departure. We ask you to make an appointment with the House Manager one week in advance to agree on the time and meeting spot. You will receive the coordinates of our House Manager in the information email upon receipt of your deposit.
Route to Villa Yago
You will need a car to reach the Villa. You can rent a car at one of the rental companies at the airport of Málaga (for example at www.malagacar.com or www.sixt.com ). The last 2.5 km of the road, from the village of Sayalonga to the Villa in Carraspite, is a well-maintained mountain road, fully paved asphalt, but this requires some experience driving in the mountains. Because you could encounter a pit in the road, renting a low sports car is not recommended, with a normal car you can easily and comfortably reach the Villa.
Villa Yago has a deep swimming pool: from 1.60 meters to 1.80 meters deep. This makes the swimming pool dangerous for (small) children who cannot swim independently.
Garden and grounds
The gardener regularly comes by to maintain the garden. The garden has an irrigation system that works automatically. The ground slopes down very steeply in some parts, without a fence. Therefore, stay on the paved paths in the garden. Be especially careful with small children.

Information about the Villa and surroundings can be found in the Villa Yago Welcom Brochure. The Villa is situated on a mountain, so there are steps to reach the Villa and terraces. This makes the Villa unfortunately not accessible for disabled people.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed for hygienic reasons.
Smoking and/or open fire
For reasons of hygiene and fire safety, it is not permitted to smoke and/or make an open fire inside the Villa and/or terraces and/or gardens around the Villa.
Prices can vary per period and could be adjusted at any time. A price is final after you have received the confirmation of your booking from us.
A discount code can be used once and cannot be combined with other discounts.
Bookings and Payments
Booking requests can be made at our website www.villayago.com or via email at email@example.com. A booking is only final after receiving your deposit.
Within 1 week after your reservation, you will receive an invitation for a deposit of 30% of the total amount. You are invited to transfer this to our account within 7 days of receiving the email.
After the deposit has been received by us, your reservation is final. You will receive an email from us confirming the down payment and information about the Villa, the route and the meeting details on the day of arrival.
The balance must be transferred to our account no later than 30 days before arrival.
If you want to make a booking with a date of arrival within 30 days, you are invited to transfer the full amount to our account within 7 days. Your reservation is then definitive upon receipt of the entire amount.
Minimum and Maximum duration of the stay
The minimum number of nights to book is 3 nights. The maximum 15 nights.
Longer stays can be arranged in consultation. Please contact us via the contact form on the website www.villayago.com or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cleaning costs are charged for every stay. The fee is 200,00 Euro. You are invited 30 days before arrival, along with the balance, to transfer the cleaning fee to our account.
For longer stays (longer than a week) the Villa can be cleaned in consultation, please contact us.
You are invited 30 days prior to arrival, along with the balance, to pay a deposit to cover any damage that may occur during your stay. The deposit is 250,00 Euro. This deposit will be refunded to you after deduction of any damage, 14 days after the return of your stay. The House Manager of Villa Yago will tour the house with you on departure to determine any damage.
Personal data - General Data Protection Regulation
Villa Yago will strictly adhere to all applicable legal provisions when processing personal information in the context of the implementation of this agreement. Personal information is interpreted as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Villa Yago cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances. Villa Yago cannot accept any liability for indirect costs as a result of the circumstances.
Comments and/or complaints
We'd love to hear from you. We encourage you to report comments and / or complaints to us as soon as possible before or during your stay. This can be done via email at email@example.com of you could use the contact form on our website www.villayago.com and, if urgent, on our telephone number 0032475398227.
During your stay we would like to ask you to contact the House Manager of Villa Yago on site. She can best assist you on the spot.
This accommodation may only be used for holiday purposes. The accommodation may not be used for permanent residence or commercial purpose without prior written permission from the owner.
Subletting to third parties is not permitted.
Unfortunately, you may have to cancel due to circumstances due to illness or due to family circumstances. We regret that of course. We advise you to obtain good travel and cancellation insurance, so that all parts of your trip are insured.
We use the following periods and percentages:
• Cancellation up to 1 week before arrival: free cancellation
• In case of cancellation within 1 week before arrival: 100% of the travel sum
